Genia Anderson

After earning her degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Genia spent ten years with a commercial real estate firm in Indianapolis, where she obtained her real estate license in 1987 and built a strong foundation in marketing and client service. In 1994, Genia married and returned to NorthWest Indiana, settling in Chesterton to start her family. She continued her real estate career, working for another developer in the area for nine years. Once her daughters were older, Genia earned her real estate broker license and joined Evolution Real Estate Solutions, transitioning her expertise into residential sales. A Porter County resident for thirty years, Genia brings a deep firsthand understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, amenities, and character.
